[Known] Sound sliders do not work inside Verdantis (build 483)

    Title: Sound sliders do not work inside Verdantis (build 483)
    Reproduction Rate: N/A
    Blocker?Not really, just annoying
    Details: Upon zoning into Verdantis, something was really loud (can't determine what it is yet). Tried moving the sliders to fix, but had no effect (tried all sliders). I haven't had a chance to test elsewhere yet (will update here when I have)
    Steps to Reproduce: Zone into Verdantis and see
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 970 @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 16376
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU RAM: 1955
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.483.Date.04.19.17
    Area: Novia_R8_Hills01_VerdantisMines
    Area Display Name: Verdantis Mines
    Loc: (58.5, 16.7, 188.8)

    Zoned in and out and still there. Sliders work outside of the mine just fine. It's just inside they are broken. Updating title.

    I tested this out when I went to Verdantis Mine today and SFX slider seems to work fine.
