[Known]Spellbinder descriptive text red/green on wrong things

    Title: Spellbinder descriptive text red/green on wrong things
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:Some of the descriptive text on the spellbinder skill is red - but it is not for a negative effect.also, the negative effects of reduced Avoidance and Resistance are green (these should be red)

    Steps to Reproduce: Mouse over the skill
    User Specs:
