[Known]Spellbinder's Stance Does Not Give All Bonuses & Debuffs

    1. Title: Spellbinder's Stance Does Not Give All Bonuses & Debuffs
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: When casting Spellbinder's Stance, only the "Draw Speed Modifier" appears on the tool tip. The "Cast Time Modifier," "Focus Regen," "Damage Avoidance," and "Damage Resistance" modifiers do not appear and are noticeably not affecting cast speed. This bug was reported by Zapatos in the R48 Bug Forum.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Cast Spellbinder's Stance and look at the tool tip.
