[Known]Spells that you can move while casting interrupted by jump now

    Title: Spells interrupted by keydown jump
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: In R38 any spell that could be cast while running could be cast while jumping too. In R39 - spells started to be interrupted on the key down event for jump. Currently you can hold down your jump key and then cast a spell, release your jump key to cast a spell while jumping. But you have to start casting after the key down event on your jump key. This gives an unfair advantage to people with better keyboards, that have the ability to hold down X number of keys at the same time. Don't make people upgrade their keyboards to play the game.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    * Start casting spell
    * Hold jump before spell goes off, after casting begins
    * Notice how spell is cancelled

    * Hold jump key
    * start casting spell
    * release jump key
    * notice how casting was not cancelled

    OS: Linux 4.4 LinuxMint 18 64bit

    Spells being interrupted by jump is expected behavior. The issue of inputs between input down and up with keyboard is what's still known.
