[Known] Spring Fountain Glitches

    Title: Spring Fountain Glitches.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: First let me say that the Spring Fountain w/ Floating Candles looks really great, but it has some pretty serious glitches detailed below.
    Steps to Reproduce: See screenshots below.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.579.Date.03.30.17
    Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01/Parrot's Roost
    Area Display Name: Parrot's Roost
    Loc: (-475.2, 73.7, 197.4)

    Here you can see that the water is opaque and the little bowls that the candles are in disappear when the camera is far away:

    If I get the camera really close then the water becomes transparent. Here you can also see that the little candle bowls are still missing in the back:

    If I change my camera angle a little then I can see right through the fountain wherever the water is:
