    Details: stacking dazzling rays glyphs only reduces focus cost, should increase duration or radius or effectiveness as per usual comboing of glyphs
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. log in
    2. unlock dazzling rays glyph in the sun tree
    3. train it high enough to get 2 cards
    4. create a deck with 2 dazzling rays glyphs
    5. enter combat and stack 2 glyphs of dazzling rays and notice tool-tip changes
    User Specs:
