    Title: Stealing from Witch in S. Longfall Wetland
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: if you let her witness you stealing a bunch of stuff off her shelves, a message from "Justicar" will appear, but before you can even finish reading it, it disappears. This happens each time you steal and get "caught". I was able to reproduce this, and someone else in the scene with me as well was able to reproduce it. The dialogue disappeared even if you quickly interacted with it or responded.

    Confirmed. Even when I quickly clicked on 'Justicar', the dialog window faded away before I could read any text.

    This will occur in any scene when stealing enough to warrant the Justicar's ire.
