    Details: I was bugged on this quest before, I thought it was fixed, so I'd finish it. Apparently it wasn't? I have the task, I have the warrant, but he acts confused when I try to serve him.

    I'm sorry for the issues. That little down arrow at the bottom of the dialogue window, did you click on it and try all the available options there? Can you possibly screenshot what your journals says please? I suspect your quest flags may be a little different from mine based on the timing of when you received this quest.

    Yes, it's not really vary discoverable. It should really default to open.
