[Known] Still hear Wind + Mine Droplets with master volume at 0

1. Title: I can still hear the wind and droplets in Highvale ( Area: novia_r6_hills02_higvalevillage_after )
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%

4. Details: I can hear the wind loudly on the hills just right of the entrance ( -11.2, 39.1, 105.8 ) and also hear it in other areas of the map to the right only such as ( -835., 43.1, 41.0 ) I can also hear the droplets in all of the cave ( -84.5, 46.7, 1.5 )
5. Steps to Reproduce: Turn off the volume bars down to 0, master volume, FX volume, music volume. I have radio and phonograph volume maxed, not sure what they do, but considering master volume is at 0 should do anything.
