[Known]Still no 2-Story Prison Basement available

    I checked a few real estate merchants again and that basement is still not in game... @DarkStarr promised it would be in with R47.

    The task (ID 49934) is still in progress for R47, and has not yet been implemented into the project for QA testing. If you're interested in testing the basement, I can deliver it to your QA character via mail or set one up in Hometown for review.

    It is placed in Hometown already, thats why it was confusing the last Release...
