Title: Strange behavior teleporting
Reproduction Rate: Had this happen twice to two people
Blocker? No
Details: While in a party with about 6 other people, 2 people attempted to teleport to me. They were on the other side of the map by Etceter and I was standing outside Ardoris, which was under siege. I was outside the city, waiting for them, along the path. When they attempted to teleport to me, the teleport sent them to the Ardoris-side of Eastreach gap. Perhaps this is intended, as it only teleports you to the zone where the person is and for the overland, the otherside of the control point is considered that part of the zone?
Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to teleport from Etceter to someone standing on the other side of a control point? I guess?

I think when you teleport to a player on the overworld, it will send you to the last spot where that player exited a scene. If you came through the Gap and then walked to Ardoris, this would make sense. Please reply here if that is not the case. Thanks, @ldykllr
