Steps to Reproduce: When putting on the streamer cloak it appears on the ground and on the paper doll it appears on the floor by the feet =(

Same issue, however I did a bit more testing it will equip properly if you have no chest piece equipped, additionally it will hang on walls correctly.

Details:The cloak is flung to the floor (which I thought was cool since I do that in real life) when the Clan of The Bear Chest Armor is equipped. Screenshot 1 Cloth Sim on and you can even see the Cloak on the floor in the paper doll, crumpled up, Screenshot 2, Cloth Sim off and cloak is straight on the floor and cannot be seen in paper doll.
Steps to Reproduce: Have Streamer cloak equipped and then change to Clan of The Bear Chest Armor

It appears this only happens with certain armor. Perhaps bulkier armor, as it appears fine wearing this Merchant Shirt
