[Known] Strength of Earth - Earth Specialization - Wrong Bonus

    Details:
    Supposed to increase carry capacity by % of mastery
    Currently with 115% mastery it is adding a flat 1.15 capacity (ie, not even 1 additional item in weight), not a percentage.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast strength of earth with any level of earth mastery. See flat capacity bonus rather than percentage.
