[Known] Stuck in a Pool of Water.

Title: Stuck in a Pool of Water

Blocker? Game Breaking.
Details: Fell in a pool of water in Highvale Outskirts. No way out. I can neither teleport nor recall out because I am swimming. The rocks are too high to jump out. There is no option to dive underneath the rocks or swim downward that I can find. When I log out of the game I return to the same spot. In order to continue playing the game, I must start another character. This bug is the equivalent of Permadeath. EDIT: /stuck also does not work. / stuck get interrupted due to swimming.
Steps to Reproduce: 100%. Fall in the pool at my location listed below.

you should be able on the login menu to select "start on world map"

 

We have a fix for this already on the way. I'm sorry for the issues and thank you for reporting it.
