[Known] Stuck on stairs in BC + They are looking strange + "Jumping" when you run down the stairs

    Title: Stuck on stairs in BC + They are looking strange
    Reproduction Rate: 90%
    Blocker? no
    Details: If you try to run up the stairs at this position you get stuck 9 out of 10 times. If you stop moving and continue moving after that it will let you pass.
    If you run down this stairs you get a short "fall down" animation at pretty much the same point.
    Plus they are not really fitting into the world as they are now.
    Steps to Reproduce: run up and down the stairs.

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU RAM: 3019
