[Known] Summoned Creatures reset and don't scale

    1. Title: When summoned into a new area, or leveled up, a summoned creature is set at the lowest level and does not gain any sort of stat increase (no health, nor damage increase).
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: No
    4. Details:Tested out the Summoned Daemon, Summoned Lich, Summoned Fire Elemental, and my GM'D Ice Elemental, all at Sequenna Colossus. None of them had health at or over 400. Current levels of such skills are as follows in order: 68, 51 (leveled to 52), 43, and 100. Additionally, the Death Summon passives and the Ancient Staff of Death are having 0 effect on their appropriate summons.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location where a summon skill can be used. Step 3: Summon any creature from the magic trees. Step 4: Note how the health and damage of the creature has been set to the lowest possible. Step 5: Level up that summon skill once. Step 6: Note the lack of health or damage change for the summon.
    6. User Specs: PC running Windows 8, 64 bit OS, Game Release 54.

    AS OF PATCH 785 THIS STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED!

    Confirmed, have gone from a 1098hp Summoned Skeleton to a 232hp Skeleton :(

    Not even the Staff of Death gives them a buff anymore :mad:

    We got in a fix for this but it is not yet live.
    Bug # was 59501.
    Please stay tuned to the patch notes for updates on this. It will most likely be in the patch after 783. We're working on getting more patches to live ASAP.

    @Lexie , currently running on patch 785 and Summon Skeleton dosent look like it's been fixed. (maybe an extra 100hp added). As previously mentioned, should be around 1000hp+ mark.

    Same here. GM'd Ice Elemental still has less than normal health (430 currently). Used to be well over 500. Will post a picture of it.

    GM'd Ice Elemental. Issue has not been fixed yet @Lexie , despite patch 785 saying so.

    My Water healer is no longer able to handle agro... Still showing low health and the healing is horrible, when first summoned it heals and then seems to stop or take a long time to cast heals.

    That means it looks like the only magical summon worth anything is the Wisp, since it does CC and no damage.

    Just adding input on bug, along with question.

    Level 28 water elemental has 317 hp, while level 85 air elemental has 374 hp (so assuming elementals of water and air normally have same hp, these elementals appear to gain about 1 hp per level currently, so some stat increase is evident in terms of hp alone).

    However, both elementals hit for 2-14 damage, despite level differences they are dealing exactly the same damage range (with 14 as max damage apparently, after modest testing after 100+ hits vs. tier 5 mobs). Leading to the question @Lexie: Are elemental damage stats intended to increase with level, or only hit points? Patch notes did not specify what stats are intended to be increased, so unsure if no change to damage dealing stats is bug or not, clarification on that point would help, thanks :). Also not sure if attunement is supposed to impact elemental stats or not, for further testing.

    My level 73 water elemental has a 362 hit points. only have 56 attunement in water. I did notice a large drop this release as well.

    @Lexie - Seeing a slight improvement in release 790, but still not hitting that 1000hp+ mark that I was seeing previous to being broken. [​IMG]

    Yeah, I'm still seeing very little to no improvement with the Death summons, @Lexie . The other summons seem to be back to pre R54 health. However, the non Death summons are still doing low, non-scaling damage. The Death summons also have the same problem, but it is somewhat mitigated by Undead Mastery, but it's nothing spectacular.
