[Known] Summoned Undead are still not scaling without their passives.

1. Title: When leveling their summoning skills and NOT their passives, Undead do not gain scaling damage.

4. Details: With Undead Mastery at level 1, and level 1 Summoned Skeleton will deal the same amount of damage as a level 100 Summoned Skeleton with only level 1 Undead Mastery
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location where you can summon an Undead. Step 3: Order your Undead pet to attack a target. Step 4: Observe the damage it deals Step 5: Level up the Summoned Undead several levels (but do not level the passives in anyway). Step 6: Repeat steps 3-4.
