[Known] Surface Map Bridge Light Not Working

    Title: Surface Map Bridge Light Not Working
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The bridge over the water seemed dark when I ran past it so I tried turning on the light. It allows me to interact with it but the light never comes on.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to location associated with this bug
    2) Interact with the lamp on the bridge.
    3) Observe: Not turning on and off, default set to off.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor (12) System RAM: 16335
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4059
