[Known] Switching from attenuated account says still attenuated.

    Title: Attentuation between accounts
    Reproduction Rate: not sure... only tried once
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: I was taking adavtage of double EXP and wanted to switch accounts after becoming attenuated. My second account also shows as attenuated.
    Steps to Reproduce: Attenuate on one account. Log out. Then log into other account.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 16282
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079

    There are a number of issues of details continuing when switching accounts.

    To work around this, please restart your client completely between account log ins. I'm willing to bet this is a cosmetic issue and that you were not actually attenuated, as well.
