Title: Talking to Charolette after the battle

Details:Two issues. First, she's not having bubble text over her head, it's only going to the chat window (not NPC dialog,) where she just says she just says "Thanks, you're really nice."

Then, if you click again (because you don't think anything happened because the chat window isn't open for most people by default) the next click attempt will go to NPC dialog but nothing can be said, only "You just tried to talk to this NPC, wait a moment."

So it should just all go to bubble chat and leave it at that, don't try to open NPC dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:Talk to Charolette after battle.
