The hidden Top-Right HUD Buttons do not become visible upon mouseover while the "Auto-Hide Top-Right HUD Buttons" option is enabled in the game options.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enable the "Auto-Hide Top-Right HUD Buttons" option in the game options.
2) Move your mouse over the hidden Top-Right HUD Buttons
