    Title: The Rise Mages, Resists not working again
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Hell yah, people are paying thousands of gold for defiance flutes, for phoenix talons to create Elemental Resist potions and also the devotional 5% is probably not working either.
    Details: Fight The Rise mages. Fought them naked and calculated their damage. Fought them with elemental potion, flute defiance and also the devotional buff. No notice in damage difference from being naked, or buffed.
    Steps to Reproduce: Fight em
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 16345
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.685.Date.10.30.17

    PS this is very similar to the Fire Resist Bug i posted months ago on the same subject

    Skills like douse, celestial blessing and ice shield are working and were not used in calculating the damage
