[Known] Threat skill not working / training?

    Hello all,

    I'm currently trying to train the threat skill under heavy armor, and I've noticed that it doesn't seem to be working at all. Whenever I use the skill, be it a targeted cast or no, I receive a message in my chat log along the lines of "You used taunt but hit nothing." It doesn't seem to matter whether I have a target, be it a training dummy, a chicken or a bandit, nothing I do makes the skill invoke.

    Because of this, I'm finding it impossible to train the skill, also. I had raised it to 40 in a previous release, (quite some time ago), so I'm quite certain I'm utilising the skill correctly.

    If anyone could try out using the skill and confirm it, that would be helpful.
