[Known] Title Resets on Scene Change

    Title: Title Resets on Scene Change
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Whenever I change scene, my "pest controller" title is reset and I have to re-select it from the title menu
    Steps to Reproduce: Change scene, observe title is gone
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor (6) System RAM: 16355
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 1969
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.495.Date.10.26.16
    Area: HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier5
    Area Display Name: Deep Ravenswood
    Loc: (-197.9, 33.0, 10.2)
