Title: Torc'Dawl the Broken - thrown rock does not hit, nothing in combat chat log

Details:
When Torc'Dawl the Broken throws a rock - there is never a hit, and nothing shows up in the chat log at all (no dodge, no miss, no hit, no damage).

It's as if the thrown rock attack didn't happen at all.

EDIT: This happens when the rock throw is beyond a certain range. Close rock throws cause damage as normal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Fight Torc'Dawl the Broken
2) Observe when Torc'Dawl attack with thrown rock at farther ranges - no hit, no damage, no indication in combat chat logs at all.
3) When Torc'Dawl attacks with rock throw and it's closer in - it causes damage as normal.
