[Known]Travel to Blood river (robert villines)

    After the reset of all quests, I talked to Arabella and she told me to go to blood river.

    Robert Villines has this interesting dagger, but he won't give it to me. when I try the various keywords - he thinks i'm gossiping.

    My daughter gets this as well (Asha Faryn). She just reset her quest log. She gets to Blood River and starts to talk with Robert Villines. When she clicks on the dagger there is no response.
