Title: UI Pet low health bar displayed over pet owner's name

Details: if a pet is damaged, the floating health bar appears and overlaps the owner name of the pet. the pet name is visible but <ownername> which sits under the pet name is half blocked. this was a tame spider pet, and also tested on the mage summon phoenix pet.
Steps to Reproduce: summon a pet and have them take damage.
