[Known] Umbrella doesn't open

Equip umbrella and it never opens, & no option to open it. Also missing craftable umbrella recipe in game!

 

Umbrellas can be opened and closed using the /openumbrella and /closeumbrella command that are received as part of the Starting Emotes package that can acquired by claiming rewards at a bank.

Confirmed the umbrella recipe is in the game as of 497. Likely also in as of 495. Visible friom the recipe merchants in Owl's head.

Note that 497 has a known bug with emotes and items that are held in the off-hand, like umbrellas and fans, which will need to be fixed in an upcoming patch before they will work properly.

After patching to 497 - The emotes are there, but they don't work. Umbrella doesn't open.

 

I'm patched up to 499, and it still isn't working for me. Seems to only be working for male avatars.
