[Known]Unable to get health to 100% in every scene

    Title: Unable to get health to 100% in every scene
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details:
    I have one deck that whatever scene I enter, I am always 690/715 hp

    Steps to Reproduce:
    * I put on my deck called "Buff"
    * I enter a scene
    * Unable to get to max hp

    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 LinuxMint 18 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 24021
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1080/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Linux.64.511.Date.06.22.17
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (376.0, 19.2, 89.9)

    This is a known issue. If you relog, you will see health correct itself.
