[Known] Unable to hear the Footsteps SFX of the other Avatars

    Details:
    Unable to hear the Footsteps SFX of the other Avatars.
    You can hear the Footsteps SFX of wild animals and Elven Refugee Guards, though.

    You can hear footsteps SFX of the other Player Characters in other video games such as DayZ Standalone.

    I did notice this issue already in Release 27 (March 2016) at the latest.
    I was waiting all these months for somebody else to bug it but nobody else bothered to bug it before.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Stand next to another Avatar when it is walking
    Result: you don't hear its Footsteps SFX

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.651.Date.08.31.17
