Title: Unable to pass through small passage connected at bottom of stairs

Details: When connecting a room with a "door" exit to the bottom of stairs, it is not possible to pass through the opening. This may be more of a "don't do that", and not worth fixing, but it should probably get a short review first.
Steps to Reproduce:
- place a Stone Dungeon Stairs, and rotate it to connection 2 (going downward)
- place a Stone Dungeon Room (Random Encounter 2) in default rotation
- you are unable to pass through the opening
- so don't do that
- this will probably also happen with Stone Dungeon Room (Random Encounter 3) in default rotation
