[Known]Unable to place backpack or small bag as decoration

    Title: Unable to place backpack or small bag as decoration.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: According to the release 38 notes, I should be able to place backpacks and bags as decorations. I attempted to place a backpack and a small bag but I'm unable to place either.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.440.Date.01.20.17
    Area: BasementSceneDungeonVillage_1Floor
    Area Display Name: Village Stone 1-Story Basement
    Loc: (8.1, 5.0, 9.9)

    @Barugon I doubt it is the case, but please verify that you are not at the max-container limit for the house (just to rule that out).

    It's not at the limit. Also, the backpack and bag remained icons when I dragged them from my inventory. If my container limit had been reached then they would appear as red "ghosts".
