[Known]Unable to Place Basement Hatch Anywhere on Pirate Galleon

    Cannot place a basement hatch anywhere on City Size boats. My boat is placed on one of the off shore piers, using a Keep Lot Deed. So there is no land connected location to place a basement hatch. This isn't intended, right?

    (I realize there were changes to which floor you can place certain things in, but I am assuming this wasn't intended to entirely preclude placing a basement hatch anywhere on a water lot.)
