[Known] Unable to place giant pavers against lots

1. Title: Unable to put giant pavers close to lots
2. Reproduction Rate: Only tried on Polished Midnight Black Marble Pavers

4. Details: In the past, I was able to place (giant) pavers up to a lot area (excepting the front with the marker). Now, I am unable to get very close. These gaps are uneven. Some I can get a little closer, some are farther away. However, I cannot put them directly against the lot.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Put down lot, try to lay giant pavers around it
