    Title: Unable to recall / teleport
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes
    Details: unable to teleport/recall - game says "you are carrying too much weight" - but I am below the maximum capacity.
    Steps to Reproduce: unknown

    This is a known issue due to the game thinking you're over-encumbered. We will be working on a fix, asap.
