[Known]Unable to select resolution

I am unable to select any resolutions except for what is on the screen. The menu does not scroll. I am running at 4k and trying to change it to 1080 to see if I get better performance.

Just thought I'd add my "me too" to this. Just got a new monitor and can't select my resolution.

EDIT: I just found out a slight workaround, though it's not ideal. If you click the drop down to display the list, then mouse over the list to highlight one option, you can then hit your down arrow key to continue highlighting down the list. Then you hit enter when you think you have the proper selection. I found the longer I held the down arrow key down, the higher the resolution I would end up getting. I had to hold the down arrow down about 30 seconds before I hit enter to finally find the resolution I was looking for.

 

Me too, I am stuck at an unplayable resolution.

 

Thought i would add this only happened to me after the windows 1097 update
