[Known]Underlined words in conversation toggle between colors when scrolling

Scrolling up and down talking to Private Velma causes the words to change from purple to grey.

Surely thats normal, you asked her about uundead, and now its showing you used that - its the same on live.

 

I don't think that scrolling should cause the colors to toggle as in the above two screenshots where the only thing that happened was scrolling.

 

But surely you said "undead" which is what made it scroll, so the two happened together?

Not sure if you understand, simply the act of scrolling changes the colors. Perhaps a precondition is to say some phrases to change them grey, but it's fairly carnival like for the colors to be changing from scrolling up and down.

No, I moved the mouse wheel or the slider bar on the side to make it scroll.
