[Known] Upper Tears - can fall down hole in floor and under the water

    Title: Upper Tears - can fall down hole in floor and under the water

    Details: walk into this house (open door and walk in) then walk over to the ladder that goes down. clicking on the top of the ladder does nothing, but I call fall through the hole in the floor so that I am under water and can walk around as if no water exists (but this lower floor is flooded!).
