[Known] User arrow on mini map is backwards.

    Reproduction - 100%
    Blocker - no
    Details and steps to reproduce - With the mini map open and moving around in the scene it shows my position on the map but the arrow is pointing in the opposite direction than I am facing. When I move around the arrow moves backwards but in the direction I am going.
    User specs - MacBook Pro, 10.12 os, i7, 16gig ram, 1TB hard drive.
