[Known]Using teleport scrolls + tab key for arrow clicking.

    If your arrow icon is not already out; you can't get your arrow icon out after the teleport to list shows up.

    This requires you to have the arrow icon out already prior to being able to use teleport scrolls.

    (needing to hit esc key to close teleport window when arrow icon is not present.)
