[Known]Viking City Home stairs to 2nd floor are blocked to walking (must jump).

    1. Title: Viking City Home stairs to 2nd floor are blocked to walking (must jump).
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: No
    4. Details: Unable to walk up stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor (and others in the house) without jumping to get on/up the stairs.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to: Area: Falling Waters Fortress (POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template/Falling Waters Fortress) Loc: (52.3, 39.8, 291.4) and try to walk up the stairs.
