[Known]Virtue Cloak Not Light Source

    Title: Virtue Cloak Not Light Source

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

    Details: Virtue Cloak is no longer giving off light.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Go to Owl’s Head and steal everything in sight

    b. Go to a dark corner at midnight to see the light given off by the virtue cloak (Area: Owl's Head (OwlsHead) Loc: (103.6, 87.1, 246.0) if you want my suggestion)

    c. Observe: Its definitely not giving off light. (Joke: ran out of batteries.)

    Note: People have told me about this before, not sure if it been an earlier bug report.I’m writing this so people don’t forget. Virtue Cloaks have always been popular.

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 512.
