    1. Title: Water in Fountain changes transparency/color when viewed from a short distance away.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Water in the fountain changes from transparent to blue as you get closer.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Place an Fountain and walk away a 20 or so steps then turn back and walk towards it.
