[Known] Way more "missed" in build #584

    1. Title: Way more "missed" in build #584
    2. Reproduction Rate: visible since #584
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: killing fero spiders in DR with a bow now gives way more missed hits. Especially for skilled shots like Disabling Shot. I had roughly 1/3 missed a week ago and have slightly improved my skills since, but now I get something like 2/3 missed (have not yet analyzed my logs for exact numbers).
      As I cannot see a note in the patch notes I consider it a bug, especially as there are some other bugs related to bows. Maybe the bow benefits are not considered (should not be enough to reduce my hit rate by 50%)
    5. Steps to Reproduce: use ranged weapons on fero spiders (or same level creatures) with a ~ L80 archer character.

    Update:
    from my logs it seems I get roughly the same level of misses for normal auto attacks (with some variations).
    Unfortunately I cannot see the missed Disabling Shots in the log; I am still confident that I get way more failed Disabling Shots than before as I hardly had any before and now lots (> 50% from my feeling).
    As I do not have hard numbers it could be just bad luck or the automatic assumption that Chris did nerf my build (as always :)

    I'm not seeing any change in hit rate between live and QA. Set all my stats and level to 80 on both.

    BTW, I did just fix the damage amount for bows as that was broken but not seeing a hit rate difference.

    I don't think mobs had dodge chance before?

    It doesn't say "miss" it says "dodge"

    I have been seeing mobs dodge my attacks (on 485 at least, only been a few minutes on 487). Even things like searing ray - isn't that moving at the speed of light? They shouldn't even be able to know that it is coming before it hits them, because causality. Do mobs have superluminal dodging skills?
