Title: When I use fleet flute from sheet music on non-combat bar, must use mouse to turn it off

Details: when fleet flute has been played from sheet music on non-combat bar, I cant turn it off by pressing the number for dash or sprint or night vision. I have to click with left mouse on non-combat bar dash, sprint or night vision to turn off fleet flute
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a zone from overworld
2. Decide to run fast to objective in zone
3. Already have set up non-combat bar with sheet music, night vision, dash and sprint and other spells
4. Click number for sheet music with fleet flute in place and it starts playing
5. After a second or two decide to shut off the flute and add dash and sprint
6. Press the number key for dash, see that nothing happens and fleet flute keeps playing
7. Press number for sprint and see that fleet flute keeps playing and sprint does not turn on
8. Press the number for Night Vision and see that fleet flute keeps playing and night vision does not enable
9. Use left mouse to press Dash button corresponding to non-combat bar.
10. Dash is executed and fleet flute stops playing
