[Known] whilst a ghost got stuck in broken echoes silver mine

    Blocker? got stuck had to wait for the timeout.
    Details: whilst a ghost got stuck in broken echoes silver mine could not find a res point even though some shown on compass found the exit to janford and no res point whilst still looking I fell into a hole and had to wait for the res timer.

    Not a bug, but further to this it would be super-helpful to have an ankh at the bottom of the big drop in the middle. I had to wait for a rez timer here too as I couldn't find an ankh around the water level.
