[Known] White Iron Sheets give less HP bonus than White Iron bindings

1. Title: White Iron Sheets give less HP bonus than White Iron bindings

4. Details: This has actually been like this for a while but White Iron Sheets give 2% Resist and 2.5 HP, Bindings give 0.3% Resist and 5 HP. It looks like when higher tier mat rebalance occurred that the HP bonus of White Iron Sheets was never increased along with the other stats.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Compare White Iron Sheets bonus to Bindings Bonus. Compare pre-tier mat rebalance to post-tier mat rebalance stats.
6. User Specs: MSI GT72S 6QE Dominator Pro G

Seems like White Iron Sheets were either missed, or the HP bonus for Bindings and Sheets got swapped by accident back when the rebalance happened. Given the resource cost difference though it doesn't make much since for sheets to give less bonus than bindings do.
