[Known] Wishing well does not talk to everyone

    Don't know if it is a bug, at least I would not expect it to be like this:
    A wishing well placed in public pot space does 'work' only for me as POT owner, not for other people. 'E'/left click is not offered (for water), and the context menu for examine (wishing well function) does not open. Reported by resident Alar Griffonbourg.
    Is that intended?
