[Known] Wishing Well Woes

    A wishing well placed on a POT can only be accessed and used by me and the Steward.

    A wishing well i have placed on a lot can only be used by people at the right permission level - meaning that if you can use it, you can also lift it up and take it.

    This is for the water.org wishing well, and obviously presents some complications. Regular water wells appear to work fine...
