[Known] Wizards getting off spells after death

    Title: Wizards getting off spells after death
    Reproduction Rate: More often than not.
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I was just in a plains road bandit encounter and after I kill a wizard, he would get off a spell, like fire arrow, after he was already dead. I would say that this happened with most of them.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
